FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 4805 Lassen Lane in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. 
H & H Land Holdings LLC purchased the 21,594 square foot building, situated on approximately 2.24 acres, from Atlantic Union Bank for $3,575,000 as an investment. Atlantic Union Bank signed a long-term lease for its current branch location on the first floor of the building as part of the terms of the sale.
