CHARLESTON, SC:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 50 acres and 600,000 square feet of office, industrial and residential improvements at the former Navy Base in North Charleston, South Carolina. 
     John H. Tison and Ed Kercher represented the seller, The Noisette Company, in the transaction.  Palmetto Railways, a division of the South Carolina Department of Commerce purchased the property for $10 million in a complex deal encompassing leased office buildings, the Original Navy Hospital, warehouses and industrial/residential land for development.
