NIBCO Inc. purchased the 173,055 square foot manufacturing/distribution facility, situated on 25.15 acres, for $3,700,000. NIBCO Inc. is a leading manufacturer of valves, fittings and flow control devises based in Elkhart, Indiana. They will utilize the building to expand their Virginia operations.
