NORFOLK, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 7447 Central Business Park Drive in Norfolk, Virginia.
The City of Norfolk purchased the 53,338 square foot, three-story office building built in 2006 from Rialto Capital Advisors for $4,500,000 with the intent for the Norfolk Community Services Board to occupy the building. The office building is 66% leased to defense contractors, engineers, and healthcare related tenants.
The sale was completed by Rob Wright of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Hampton Roads office on behalf of the seller.
