RICHMOND, VA — NVRetail proudly announces that Cabela’s has leased 97,500 square feet at West Broad Marketplace, a new mixed-use retail development located in the vibrant Short Pump district of Henrico County.   Cabela’s, a long-standing market leader in outdoor apparel outfitting, plans to construct its “next generation” store prototype that will “surround customers in a unique outdoor experience.”  
   Featuring an eclectic mix of retail shops, restaurants, and lifestyle amenities, NVRetail’s 350,000 square-foot West Broad Marketplace is scheduled to open in the spring of 2016.  The center is prominently located in the heart of the Short Pump area and will complement an already flourishing retail market along the West Broad corridor.

   Connie Jordan Nielsen of the Richmond office of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been retained to market and lease the additional retail at West Broad Marketplace while Mark Douglas is handling the mixed-use component.
