RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of a retail outparcel situated at 11290 W. Broad Street in the Brookhollow Shopping Center in Henrico County, Virginia.
   CFT Developments, LLC purchased the 1.18 acres from Target Corporation for $2,100,000 and plans to build a 6,000 square foot building to accommodate a Panda Express restaurant with drive-thru and retail space at this location. Planned opening is tentatively scheduled for November 2015.
