Baywood Hotels, Inc. in a Joint Venture with 201 Monticello Hospitality, LLC purchased the property situated on approximately 1.9 acres from 201 Monticello Holdings LLC. for an undisclosed sum.  Plans are to construct a Home2 Suites by Hilton.
