Advisory Investments LLC purchased the 48,800 square foot retail buildings, situated on 4.7 acres, from Chesapeake Virtual Offices & Property Rentals, Inc. for $3,100,000 as an investment. The new owner plans to maintain the building for virtual office space availability.
