VIRGINIA BEACH, VA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of Regatta Bay Shops located at 3636 Virginia Beach Blvd. in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

BB Regatta Bay Center LLC purchased the 58,721 square foot shopping center, situated on 2.97 acres, from Regatta Limited, L.P. for $2,190,000 as an investment.

Janet Whitbeck of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer, and Ted Levin, also with Thalhimer, represented the seller.

Thalhimer was also awarded the assignment for exclusive leasing and property management. John P. Duffy, Jr., CCIM, SIOR and Ted Levin of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer are the exclusive leasing representatives, and Melody Almonte is the portfolio manager. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer manages nearly 25 million square feet of commercial real estate properties in Virginia and South Carolina, as well as over 7,250 multifamily  units.
