CHESAPEAKE, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of a retail property located at 2400 Chesapeake Square Road in Chesapeake, Virginia.
     Parker Realty Group purchased the approx. 6,500 sq.ft. freestanding retail property from Kelly’s at Chesapeake Square, LLC for $1,600,000 for redevelopment of the retail center, Chesapeake Square Place.  Renovations have begun and tenant spaces should be delivered in January 2014.  Starbucks, Hair Cuttery and Jersey Mikes have signed leases and Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer will also be handling the leasing of the remaining two 1,300 square foot vacant spaces.
