KLCN, LLC purchased the combined 15,994 square foot office and retail buildings from Muhleman Properties, LLC for $6,300,000 as an investment. Located in the Libbie & Grove area at the corner of Grove & Granite Avenues, the properties are less than one mile from the University of Richmond, The Country Club of Virginia, St. Catherine’s and St. Christopher’s private schools, and St. Mary’s Hospital.
