ROCKY MOUNT, VA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the Rocky Mount YMCA property located at 235-295 Technology Drive in Rocky Mount, Virginia.
     The County of Franklin purchased the recreational facility consisting of approx. 74,235 total square feet and situated on 10.88 acres from CRM Mid-Atlantic Properties LLC for $2,325,000.   The sale included the 47,153 square foot main recreational center and the Essig YMCA Youth Center with 27,082 square feet.
