DUNN, NC:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have represented Seaman Development Corporation in their acquisition of four individual land parcels for the construction of a new Rooms To Go distribution center and outlet store in Dunn, North Carolina.  This new center will contain approximately 1.2 million square feet. 
     The combined parcels totaling 100 acres were purchased from individual land owners for an undisclosed price.  The site features almost one half mile of frontage on I-95 approximately 6 miles south of the I-40/I-95 interchange.
