220 Church Avenue, more commonly known as the Commonwealth Building, is a historically significant office building originally constructed for a US Post Office and Federal Courthouse. The leasing assignment also includes the continued marketing of the BB&T building at 310 First Street.  The BB&T building is a 12-story, 124,000 square foot office building predominately located within the Central Business District.  Recent leasing activity includes the addition of Johnson, Ayers & Mathews which will be moving into the entire 7th floor of the building.
