SUFFOLK, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 2.0 acres of land at Hampton Roads Crossing situated along College Drive in Suffolk, Virginia.
   Texas Roadhouse Holdings, LLC purchased the land from Terry Peterson Investment Thirty, LLC for $1,100,000 for the construction of a new Texas Roadhouse Restaurant which will open in the first quarter of 2016.
