RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer partnered with Henrico Humane Society for the first quarter of 2022 through their Thalhimer Gives program, a company-wide initiative focused on community involvement and charitable giving. Through Thalhimer Gives, associates actively engage in the community by donating financially, providing much-needed supplies, and giving generously of their time to local non-profit organizations. 

•   DONATED FINANCIALLY
Thalhimer associates raised $7,016 for Henrico Humane Society through Friday Jeans donations. Friday Jeans allows Thalhimer associates to wear jeans every Friday and make a $5 donation to the Thalhimer Gives partner organization, along with a company match.

•   GAVE GENEROUSLY OF OUR TIME
Thalhimer partnered with Henrico Humane Society for volunteer opportunities and provided associates with paid time off to give back. Thalhimer associates volunteered their time for Pet Expo at the Richmond Raceway helping to set up ahead of their signature event, as well as assisting at the Saturday event with three different shifts throughout the day for vendor check-ins,  selling tickets, checking in online ticket holders, and assisting with traffic flow. Thalhimer’s Richmond office hosted “Bring Your Dog To Work” day, providing donation dollars to Henrico Humane Society through registration from participants. The day featured a dog walk in the afternoon with volunteers from HHS and four adoptable dogs.

•   PROVIDED MUCH-NEEDED SUPPLIES
Thalhimer associates donated an impressive assortment of items for Henrico Humane Society including dog and cat beds, treats and toys for both, as well as food items, and Amazon gift cards for their wish list.
