RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 22 acres of land located at the interchange of Route 288 and West Creek Parkway in Goochland County, Virginia for the development of a 373-unit Class A luxury apartment community to be known as Bristol at West Creek.
Bristol Development Group, based in Nashville, Tennessee, purchased the acreage within West Creek Business Park and plans to begin development later this summer. The site is located close to Hardywood Park Craft Brewery’s planned development, and is near Capital One operations complex and CarMax headquarters. Sellers were RGBD LLC and PBD LLC, who are the partnership that owns West Creek.
