RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by Manchester Town Center, LLC as the exclusive leasing representative for their new retail development, Manchester Town Center, located in the heart of Richmond’s Manchester District at 1802 Semmes Avenue in the City of Richmond.
   The property, formerly an industrial park on 12.83 acres, is currently being redeveloped as a grocery-anchored retail center.
