T.J. Maxx Coming to West Broad Marketplace
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce T.J. Maxx recently signed a lease finalizing plans to open a store in West Broad Marketplace, making their off-price retail merchandise accessible locally to Short Pump residents.
West Broad Marketplace will feature more than 350,000 square feet of retail space, and is owned by the Mid-Atlantic retail developer NVRetail, Inc. in partnership with Excel Trust. Located at 12300 West Broad Street, less than a mile west of Short Pump Town Center, the center is scheduled for completion in late summer 2016.
The 23,000 square foot T.J. Maxx store is expected to open in 2016 and will offer a wide selection of high quality and brand name items from fashion and accessories to beauty, pet products, toys, home essentials and more. T.J. Maxx will be joining Wegmans and Cabela’s, which are already under construction.
