VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Clark Simpson has joined their Virginia Beach office as vice president in the Capital Markets Group, specializing in multi-family and retail investment property.   
Clark most recently owned Commonwealth Property Group (CPG), which is a multi-family management and brokerage company he started in Norfolk in 2011 and recently sold to SlateHouse Group, LLC out of Lancaster, PA. He started his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 2004 where he served as a vice president focused on retail sales and leasing, and multi-family investment sales until starting CPG in 2011.  Clark is a 1995 graduate of James Madison University.
