Ruth Industrial, LLC purchased the +/-55 acre site improved with +/-60,000 square feet of industrial buildings and a 400’ concrete pier from OEP Rosemont, LLC for $8,150,000.  The property, with accessible rail and deep water, was purchased as a development opportunity.
