RICHMOND, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of an outparcel within the Winding Brook development located on Lake Ridge Parkway in Hanover County, Virginia.
     Wen-Rich, Inc. (dba Wendy’s) purchased the approx. 0.92 acres of land from Lewistown Commerce Center, LLC for $400,000 to construct a Wendy’s restaurant.
     Connie Jordan Nielsen and Nicki Jassy and of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller, and Richard L. Thalhimer, also with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, represented Wendy’s.
